PROPERTY HISTORY

This unique parcel of land just off King George Terrace located in McNeil Bay, Greater Victoria is soon to become Hidden Point, a four lot ocean front development offering lots and or custom homes for sale.An enormous undertaking is taking place to make this a reality for the Oak Bay community. Our mission at Urban Core is to preserve, recycle, remodel or move history. This project was the perfect candidate to move the Sea lion house off land, over 80’ bridge onto a barge, shipped west past Sooke finding it's new permanent location in Shirley, BC. Its new home has some family history for Urban Core and especially for Leonard Cole. This spot is close to him and his family. Edwin Clark, my great grandfather owned an adjacent parcel of land. Ray Clark and my mother Shirley have fond memories of Muir Creek. He's going back to his roots and this will be the perfect fit for this past Oak Bay family home.

SURRONDING AREA

Driven by the younger generation, the city has sprouted a collection of cool shops, authentic coffee bars and unique restaurants. It also has more cycling routes than any other Canadian city, providing a great way to explore the picturesque location. Victoria offers a wide range of outdoor activities with moderate year round weather.
